Your Poverty projects look great. Everyone looked really involved as they read through everyone else's projects. Leave a comment: What did you learn from the other projects? Was there anything you noticed about another project that you wish you had done too? What are you most proud of in your project? What would you change for another time?

I learned that disabled people will often live in poverty because they can't support their family. I wish I had added more extra details to my poster like Strawbunny did. I am proud of my topic because nobody else did poverty in BC. Next time I would like to take my time with my poster because it was a bit messy and make sure I have everything I need.

I learned that a BUNCH of people promised to stop poverty by 2000. That really shocked me I thought that people were just trying to stop it and next to nothing happened about it. other projects had more information I should have added more information. my project was a popular topic so there were multiple project like mine but in posters. the posters looked better displayed. My project WOULD NOT COME UP ON THE I PAD no matter what I( did. See you all tomorrow.

I learned a lot about disabled people and how they end up in poverty. It's so unfair for them. Next time I would use color. The posters looked great.

I learned a lot of things like with my project I only found a couple of places foe where but on others I saw that one of them had the whole world and another only had U.S and Canada. I wish I had more pictures but that's about it. I was most proud of my arrangement I think it looked really nice. I probably would've changed my topic because a lot of other people did it. 3rd comment!!!

I learned that lot's of people have more information than me. I wish I wrote down all my questions so people knew what they were. I'm proud of my whole project but one big thing in proud of is actually finishing it! I would probably put some more effort into it next time!

I learned that the government is not doing much to help children In poverty. I also learned to have more information in my poverty project. I wish I added more pictures and longer paragraphs in my project. I am most proud overall how it turned out to be in the end. I think my slideshow looks great. I added some more descriptive language I think. I would maybe change to a poster next time and add more things to my poster such as pictures and longer paragraphs.

Hi! What I learned from the other people's projects are that poverty is a big deal here ,and everywhere else. I knew this but not in detail ,and with statistics etc. Also I learned a lot about people with disabilities ,and how they go into poverty and get affected more than the others (What I mean by I learnt a lot about people with disabilities is that a lot of people did their project on it). Yes, there is something I had noticed and wished I had done it too. The thing I wished I did was writing the information on the question sheet so the questions were like why did you choose this topic etc. I am most proud of my title tbh (to be honest) ,because I took a lot of time on writing it on glitter paper cutting it out ,then gluing it on the poster. But, I took time on the other things too to make it the best of my ability but I worked the hardest on my title. What I would change for another time is ,my border. I would change my border because it was smudged and when I was making my border it kept on going on my hands and hair so that made it look kind of bad. Bye, see you guys tomorrow!

There were a lot of interesting projects that people made! They all look so cool! I wish I would of added little facts like soccermaster346's poster. I'm the most proud of my title with the letters! I would add more pictures and I would add little facts/statistics/quotes onto my poster. I can't wait for the Grouse Grind tomorrow! Well, see y'all tomorrow! Bye for now...

I learned that the government is trying to do something for child poverty but not doing it well. They're not really trying there hardest to help out and stop child poverty! I read that people are doing way MORE then the government! We have food banks and people helping with their education and many more... I think that I could've added something from the people's point of view and from the governments point of view! I was really proud that I got lots of information down! Ok Now Bye!

Some things that I learned from the other projects is that people who have disabilities prefer to work at home, but people with disabilities can do office work or be a phone caller person if they have good english. I also learned that, women who don't have an education don't know right from wrong. Noticing from the other projects, I wish that I made my poster more organized. I also wish that I used glitter and sparkles like "Green eating monster!" Hers looked Fabulous with the sparkles! For my project, I am most proud of my "children from around the world" stickers on my poster and my disney washi tape, because no one has done that and I think that it was different. For another time I would start organizing my poster earlier, so that I would have time to make sure that all my information fits and my information is together.

I learned many different things, but some of the things I learned is that 25 years ago (1990) the government promised by the year 2000 (That gave them 10 years) to end all poverty, and they never finished, and it's 15 years later. I learned that the government is not obligated to help unless the poverty rate is above a certain percent, and that the lowest minimum wage (in a country) is $0.03 and hour, so if you work ten hours, you on make $0.30, which is unreal. I noticed some of the people had TONS of information on their posters/ slideshows, so next time, I will try to put even more information. I am proud of my entire poster, and I did things, that could have been a lot easier than the actually were, e.g. My mother had to drive me to her work, because our printer wasn't working, and I had to use scraps for one of the blue background, because I ran out of blue paper. I also did a lot of research, it took me a long time to complete this, so I am proud of all of it. I would change maybe the form of the project, because with posters, you have to glue and print things, and it's harder to take home. Now, I would have made a slideshow on the computer and iPads, so I probably will do that for the future.

There were a lot of great poverty project but because I didn't get to finish I wasn't able to see them. I learned that to learn from other you need to finish for yourself. I know mine doesn't have that much but I hope its enough. I was sleep peaceful through out the night, getting sleep for the grind, then suddenly my brothers alarms goes off and it wakes me up at 4:30 at night for his Victoria field trip. :( See you all Today on the grind! B-)

I learned that there are many different ways to help people in poverty. I saw a lot of answers of how to help people in this issue, and I wish that I did it to. I am most proud of me remembering how to use the slide show, because I did not remember how. I would change the my project to a poster, just to have a little more fun. See you all today.
