One thing that I learned is that when Great Britain went to war, Canada went to. I would not feel the same as them because I wouldn't want to leave my family. Bye.

I learned that the war lasted for 4 years and that the war started over a boat port. I wouldn't be excited to go to war because it's so scary and dangerous and you loose your friends and I think there are better ways to settle problems.

I learned that one Canadian 'fighter jet' took out seventy-two enemy aircrafts which I thought was pretty impressive. I also learned that on an average of 7,000,000 people in one country only about 1,000,000 people volunteer to fight in the war. About 60,000 of the people who came to war died and about 180,000 people come wounded. I am quite sure with the numbers but not completely because I'm saying this from memory. I don't think I would be excited, maybe a little because I would be handling a gun, but with the risk and possible consequences I think I would be more on the terrified side. Bye!

One thing I learned was how the war planes evolved over time. e.g. they used to drop bombs by hand, then they had mechanical grapples to drop them. I would definitely NOT be happy to join the war because I would be leaving my family and anyone could of got shot or blown up. And people did.

I learned that people were almost excited to go to war and then died or got wounded psychically and emotionally and it changed them a lot in every way. If I were going to war I wouldn't be excited because I watched a lot of war movies and it mostly the character comes back scared, depressed, hurt, sad and negative. So I wouldn't be so excited to go to war. And sometimes, instead of war you could solve problems in different ways.

Whenever I thought of wars the first thing that popped into my head were soldiers so I was surprised when I learned that women also had a big part in it. The women helped the injured, knitted clothing and much more! They even participated in the wars. I would never like going to war. War means hurting and killing other people and sometimes innocent people got in the crossfire. War also means abandoning the people you love and being unsure if you would live long enough to see tomorrow. Bye!

It would depend because if it's a big war and it's going to take more then a year then I wont be exited, if it would be short and not that big then I would be like "this going to be so fun! I'm going to go on a great adventure!".

I learned that wars are very serious because before I watched this movie, I thought wars were serious but not that serious. If there is a war, I would actually like to kill myself because I know it is going to be terrible and there is nothing good if I am only alive and my parents are not alive.

Today I learned about the contributions women gave during the war. This should not be surprising because I know women are very strong, but when people speak of war, they think of men. No one really talks about how women were a big part of making a difference in our lives, and they were. I would not want to go to war. We want peace in our country so we fight, but if we are fighting, we are not making peace. What is the point of the whole war idea, then? If we want peace, we should fight for our right to have it, but not through war. If we are going against a country in order for our peace, then we become equally wrong. War is as far as you can go to name something opposite to peace. I believe in peace and unity. I don't believe in war. Okay, bye!

I learned that the World War 1 was over a port because they were surounded by land and couldn't get any materials unless it's from neighboring cities, or towns, and that women play a dangerous part in the war, by going to the front lines and riscking their own lives to help the army troops, while dresses, or skirts(I don't remember). If I were to join the army I would be excited and scared that I might lose my life, the only reason I would be excited is that I know that I am protecting lives of my country and I could help many other people's lives if they have familys I could save them from having a terrible tragedy, I would be scared because I know my parenys would be scared and would be very sad if something were to happen to me, or even my friend's would be also sad and that every bullet that I shoot could kill someone who has a family, even so I would still join the war if I could to help inoccent lives.

I learned that women also had a part in the war because they were the people that helped the hurt soldiers and took care of them. No, I would not be exited to go to war because you could die, you could loose your friends and you would have to be away from your family and I could not do that, because I am very close with my family.

I learned that the Russian royal family and the British royal family were related. No, I would not be excited to go off to war. There are so many bad and dangerous things that can happen during a war. I would be very scared, but I’m very grateful that the soldiers fought for us so that we can have a peaceful life.
