My favourite part of today's assembly was when (all?) the staff sang The 12 Days of December song. It was hilarious, and I think the lyrics were very true. Mrs. Van, you rocked! I especially liked the part where you shouted, "Is it recess yet?". I also liked the other performances, particularly the one that Mrs. Van Niekerk's (and Mrs. Foster's?) class sang. Cleopatra, great job! I liked how you were very confident and didn't look nervous when you were speaking. You were very clear and even though the mike was a little quiet you spoke loud enough so that we could hear you perfectly. Great job, Mrs. Van and Cleopatra!

My favorite part of the assembly was when the teachers performed, it was funny but realistic. I enjoyed the whole concert and really got me in the Christmas mood! Today Cleopatra did really well being the m.c, you had a clear voice that everyone could understand and you had a really cool hat! Bye, can't wait for tomorrow's party!

My favourite part of the assembly was when the teachers performed because the performance seems like realistic events that could happened during school. I also liked the way Mrs.Van had to sing that one part in the 12 days of Christmas school version. Good job Cleopatra on mc-ing the assembly well done!

My favourite part was that we got to watch the teachers do that parody of Twelve Days of Christmas because it was really funny but it made us sound really rude. Cleopatra you did so well up there if I were you I would have been so nervous Andy heart would be racing and I would be really scared but you pulled your self together and you were clear and you seemed very confident. So YAY! To you. Bye see you at the party tomorrow everyone.

My favourite part of the day was the part at the assembly when all the teachers sang because it was really creative. Amazing job cleopatra, it must be hard to talk to 600 people (I think its 600?) You didn't mumble or anything like that so amazing job.

Of course, my favourite part of today's Christmas assembly was when the staff members did a fantabulous job of singing a hilarious song. All the lines in the song were all factual. It was very enjoyable to listen to. Cleopatra, you did very well on being the one of the Master of Ceremonies. What'd I tell you? It's not that bad as you thought it would be. Great job! Bye!

I really like the video above. I think the things that are happening in the video are called chain reactions kind of like dominoes. This type of contraption is called a Rube Goldberg "Machine". A "Rube Goldberg Machine" is basically a chain reaction where a series of objects are placed to create something extravagant that does something simple. Like the example in the video above. The man creates a "machine" that looks complicated but it does easy tasks. I just wanted to comment about that because I have a little bit of background knowledge about Rube Goldberg Machines or Contraptions. I'm not very sure if the information above made any sense to you but I did my best to share what I know in a non confusing way. :') Bye!

My favourite part of the assembly was when the teacher sang their own version of the 'Twelve Days Till Christmas', good job to Cleopatra on being the m.c of the assembly, how you stood there being confident , if I were you I would probably make a lot of mistake and be super anxious and just thinking if I were you my heart would suddenly start pounding, you didn't make any mistakes as well so that proves you did an excellent job on being an m.c. Bye can't wait for the Christmas party.
