This week I didn't have any take away's. In my book I read the robot is my brother my bro-bot and I thought "hmmm what could that mean". That made me stop and think because I was thinking how could the robot be his brother. I would like to know more about why do freckles make kids cute. I would want to know more about that because my mom always says I'm cute because of my freckles. I can't wait for tomorrow to go camping with my cousins.

Hi! I learned to not over think word problems this week (I sometimes do that) The last word problem on my quiz on Thursday made me stop and think it was tough. It made me stop and think because you had to put two rectangles together but they don't have the same length. It was really tough. I'd like to know more about speech fest and what other topics i can find because i can't find any.

sorry my computer cut me off. Anyway, it made me stop and think is this telling what just happened or is it a inference? Most of the time I think it's a inference but it's not so I had to write something else

I had one takeaway. My takeaway was while I was inferring I had this one line In the story where I was like whoa this sentence is deep with meaning. It made me stop and for awhile I was thinking about it. That was my one takeaway.

I'm not quite sure if I had any take aways, but when we were doing the reponses, I did mine on "The Giving Tree," and I really liked the meaning of the poem. I have read the book before, but only when I was younger. I think that only now have I actually started to understand it so Im glad we are doing our reponses on that. See everyone tomorrow, bye!

I have no idea what a take away is but I did stop to think about why there is such thing as Easter, because I never knew why there was a holiday called Easter and I did find out. Easter has nothing to do with a bunny =P. See you all tomorrow.

I didn`t really have any take a ways this week, but for my speech fest topic. I was really confused , and I had to stop and think to get the perfect topic. I would like to learn about percents a little more, because I become better at converting percents to fraction and to decimals.

A big take a way for me was the book Liesl and Po, and it has a lot of letting your loved ones go, and moving on with your life. I am probably going to re-read this many times because I am going to lose so many people in my life and in the words of Gloria Gaynor "I Will Survive". The novel is such a beautifully written book, Lauren Oliver is one of my favourite authors ever (I have read many of her other books.) and you should REALLY read it. I suggest it to everyone!

My biggest takeaway is that you have to use the title to predict a story it usally helps that made my thinking deeper!

I didn't have a take away this week. For stop and think, the thing that made me think was speech fest, and how Mrs.Van said, something on the lines of, our speeches should try to be informative, because I wanted to pick a good topic.I would like to know more about the different poems that we used to work on, because I really like writing.Bye everyone!
